ACOU-STIC has been incorporated by Pawel Szarejko, in order to provide reasonably priced and individually tailored consulting, design, drafting, and fabrication services for commercial media work environments as well as personal-residential listening settings.
Pawel cultivated his interest in music and sound at an early age which in turn led to earning a Bachelor of Science in Audio and Media Technology, and then working in NYC recording studios.
In 2011 his focus and energy shifted towards understanding the hands-on building of media-oriented facilities, which led to joining DDC Group in 2012, where he worked multiple positions, honing his skills and experiencing the industry through a variety of different roles. In 2017 Pawel has created ACOU-STIC. This design-build and acoustical consultation company located in Brooklyn New York, is capable of accommodating small and large scale acoustical and furniture projects from inception to completion.

ACOUSTICAL TREATMENT DESIGN AND FABRICATION

Pawel Szarejko has been fabricating and designing custom acoustical treatments to accommodate specific sonic needs by resolving existing conditions which are problematic. Our school of thought is that each listening space has its own character, which incorporates specific advantages and flaws, for which there are no "cure-all" solutions, thus each environment requires individual assessment to maximize acoustical impact based on available space and budget. We specialize in design and fabrication of absorption panels, diffusion arrays, bass traps, and wheeled gobos. Our fabrication facility is located Brooklyn Navy Yards where we are capable of small or large scale acoustical treatment production for Five-Borough and New England areas.
